When we know where you are, we can start to talk about where you want to go and the challenges standing in your way.

No two client journeys are the same and each require their own customized map. Depending on the services we (the client and Trailguide) have agreed upon, your team will begin developing plans of action for each.

Now the fun can begin! Our team will begin executing the service specific action plans and your account manager will be in touch monthly (at a minimum) with progress reports for each service we are providing.

If you are a new Zoho One Suite client, we will begin your systems set up and integration at this point. If you are currently using Zoho but need your suite of tools optimized, we will do that as well. Any Zoho training will take place during this time.

Continued Support

We never 'set it and forget it'. Our team members are always assessing their client projects for a clear understanding of how our strategy is working. We typically meet to assess a client's strategy every 90 days and update our services as needed.
