Job Summary
We’re looking for a Zoho Consultant to lead client implementations, system optimizations, and ongoing support engagements across the Zoho ecosystem. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone who understands both business operations and system configuration. Able to communicate clearly with stakeholders while translating practical business needs into scalable Zoho solutions. Experience within the Zoho ecosystem is preferred, along with a strong understanding of CRM systems, automation, and cross-functional business processes.
Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Implementation
● Assess client business goals, workflows, and system requirements for new or ongoing engagements.
● Design scalable, maintainable Zoho solutions aligned with client growth objectives and internal best practices.
● Configure system architecture including workflows, automations, field structures, reporting dashboards, and integration points.
● Document solution designs including process flows, automation logic, and data structures.
2. Technical Execution & Collaboration
● Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure implementations align with agreed-upon scope and architecture.
● Provide hands-on configuration within Zoho applications (CRM, Desk, Campaigns, Books, Flow, etc.).
● Support system integrations using APIs, Deluge scripting, and automation tools when needed.
● Maintain system quality standards, performance optimization, and clean configuration practices.
3. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
● Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into practical Zoho solutions.
● Lead discovery sessions, training calls, and system walkthroughs.
● Communicate scope, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Manage expectations and ensure client success throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Required Skill/Abilities
● 3+ years of experience implementing or administering Zoho or comparable CRM platforms.
● Experience with solution scoping, estimation, and documentation.
● Strong understanding of sales, marketing, customer service, and order management workflows.
● Working knowledge of Zoho Deluge scripting and REST API integrations (preferred).
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
● Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to solving business challenges.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field (preferred but not required).
Education and Experience
● Background in low-code platforms and cloud-first architectures.
● Knowledge of security, compliance, and data privacy principles.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Creative thinking and problem solving.
● Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

● Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
